ASPCA Pet Health Insurance provides coverage that’s in line with the ASPCA’s humane standards. For instance, we don’t cover elective cosmetic procedures such as tail docking, ear cropping or de-clawing. We do have coverage available for behavioral problems, which is one of the top reasons pets are sent to shelters. And both of our wellness care options cover a spay or neuter surgery.
